Hello Timothy,

I just thought I drop a note to say how much I enjoyed workshopping your piece with the Elora Festival Singers at the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir’s Choral Conductor’s Symposium. Glad to have had the honour of conducting it at the concert as a fellow UBC alumni. Since you’re in Vancouver, hopefully at some point we’ll meet in person. Until then, best wishes with the Vancouver Peace Choir and your composing.

Warm regards,
Kemuel

P.S. Thanks for the phone call help regarding the end of the Sanctus. I thought it was what you said before the call but Noel wanted to be sure and hear from you.

Kemuel – I’m delighted to hear from you and thank-you for contacting me through my blog! Please accept my apology for not responding right away. I heard your performance of the Sanctus through the live-web concert. I was blown away – it’s a hard piece to direct, a lot of tempo changes and metric challenges keeping the singers together with the accompaniment. I thought you did an excellent job and I would more than happy to see my work performed under your direction again. I’m currently teaching in Winnipeg and in Vancouver ever couple months. I also hope we have a chance to touch base at some point when we’re in the same city. The music community is small enough that I’m sure this will happen. Warm regards and all the best for your prospects in the future as a director!

Dear Sir,I write to thank you for the Latin chants. They are so beiafutul and uplifting. I hope you will consider doing more. I came across them quite by chance on iTunes, thank you again. If you have made other recordings elsewhere that can be purchased please let me know, thanks.Yours sincerely,Amy( London )

Many thanks Amy for posting! – glad to hear that you enjoyed the recording. I will be sure to let you know when my next CD comes out.
Warm regards,
Timothy
